I just love Metal. I love it all. The bombastity of symphonic, the brutality of death, the rousing choruses of power, the nihilistic evil of black, the pounding atmospherics of doom, the whirling time changes of prog, the faithful familiarity of trad, the other worldlyness of post, the sheer unrefined power of thrash. I love it all!

I love all types of music from the fun of pop punk through to the savagery of death metal, my other main passion is photography so what a way to combine my passions than to photograph bands

Over 40 years since I first saw my first rock gig (Gillan, Magic Tour 82, Preston Guildhall, for anyone who's interested) I still love Metal and rock with the dedication and giddy excitement of that long ago teenager.  

It’s over forty years ago that the lure of rock n roll came calling, playing those vinyl records as loud as possible. Live shows were next, starting a gig career that is still in full flow.
